The Institute for Scientific Computing and Applied Mathematics, (ISCAM) is located in the renovated Swain Hall East building on the Bloomington Campus of Indiana University. The ISCAM is devoted to the promotion of advanced research in Applied Mathematics, with particular emphasis on Scientific Computing and Nonlinear Problems in Science and Engineering.

The ISCAM maintains state-of-the art computing facilities and provides a stimulating scientific environment.

Members of this Research Institute originate from different backgrounds:

  • Indiana University faculty members from various scientific disciplines
  • Postdoctoral fellows

  • Researchers visiting from other Universities and Research Institutes
